Our team is proud of this home, which was in the running for Home of the Year over $750,000. Although it did not win the prize in 2021, we feel it is a clear winner. The home has incredible custom details throughout including heated floors, custom built ins, beautiful stone work and wood beams.

It is a great house for entertaining with the two-story deck and patio, which are accessible from the walk out basement as well as from the screened porch, living room and main suite. The basement has space for drinks and games, a cozy theatre room, an exercise room as well as a guest suite. The pond with zipline was a fun, unique project for our team. Our framing crew helped construct the 3-story zipline, which not only provides a stunning view of the property, but is fun for those looking for a little adventure!
