This young family needed a kitchen designer to make their dated space more efficient. They also needed LOTS more storage, and to inject the home with some personality.

We closed off an opening between the front room and the kitchen which gave us a whole extra wall of storage for the kitchen! We tweaked the locations of the services to make it more family friendly and we added another window for more light and air flow.

We added new joinery in the master bedroom, living room and front room and we also introduced a Murphy bed to the front room to allow for guests to stay.

We re sanded the floors, did a complete internal paint job and new window treatments. We changed most of the feature lights throughout, added a little cupboard for the front door and sourced a few items to finish the styling (which included rugs, artworks, and some decorative pieces).

The house now offers a multipurpose front room, a more functional kitchen, and somewhere to store all the paraphernalia that comes with having three kids (toys, books, school stuff!!!).

Client was thrilled! So were we!
