This project started out as a modest decorating job - new carpet, paint colours, some new lights and furniture. It didn't take long for it to morph into a full reno (even down to the door hinges!). It was interrupted by Covid so took longer than planned but the outcome was certainly worth the wait with the clients thrilled with the results.

A funny story revolves around the kitchen. The client showed me lots of photos of white kitchens which were nice but......in the end I convinced her to bring the outside in and go with a lovely eucalypt green and oak joinery with crisp white Corian benches and splash backs.

Some of the lovely feedback from the client has been around how much lighter the house is, and how they now use areas of the house that they used to avoid as they were previously dark and uninviting. The client now is a big fan of the green kitchen and was really happy I was able to weave their family heirlooms into the overall scheme.
