Renovation of a single family home that included the creation of a new exterior and interior entry, guest bathroom, expanded family room with raised ceilings, reconfigured living room and extension of hall space. The inclusion of an oversize sky light in the entry, a "nook" for a custom desk and a vaulted skylight above the bath tub were adds that gave the project a high-end/high-budget feel.

The clients are a fun-loving family of three that desired an eclectic, yet relaxed space that could transition from quiet nights in to frequent entertaining. The furnishings had to be durable enough to withstand multiple teen sleepovers and game days, yet stylish enough to feel like the "grown-up home" the couple desired.
