Although the architecture is traditional, we were looking for a unique and arty interior design.
Since the the home was completely rebuilt, it was basically a new construction project. We selected new construction finishes (tile, cabinets, counter tops, plumbing, lighting, stair railings, flooring, etc.) and new furnishings, resulting in a totally unique feel. The bathrooms in the bedrooms are comfortably elegant, the exercise room has a lively, fun feel and the TV/pool area is warm and unique. The layering of different fabric patterns in the bedrooms made for a cheerful, arty look.
