In the BEFORE pictures, you will see some of the hiccups with the old layout. We decided to close off the path to the back door, but kept the natural light from the door by adding a cutout opening (easy way to hand off popsicles to the kids in the backyard!)
We moved the dishwasher closer to the sink, and kept a LEGLESS (floating between the wall and the pot drawers) eat-in table, as that was a favourite family gathering spot.
The green ceiling and accent wall is the colour punch the family craved.
