Eight Room Upper West Side

This eight room prewar apartment on the Upper West Side of Manhattan had an awkward layout and needed a creative reconfiguration. Weil Friedman was able to elegantly transform the space into a logical and functional four bedroom with formal dining room and study.

On March 17, 2020, only two weeks away from the scheduled completion date, construction was halted due to the Covid 19 pandemic lockdown. Even though subsequent supply chain issues were avoided, this turned into a painful five month delay before the owner could finally enjoy their renovated apartment.
