This was a smart remodel from a spanish hacienda style home with columns and exposed beams in dark honed woods, jack walls and spanish iron work details. Now the light pastel walls in greys and greens evoke the coastal feel the client wanted. The new open plan in the family great room allows for more family interaction and entertaining.
