We love our new woven wood shades in our family room. The texture and color is perfect! They even block traffic sounds from outside. Creative Windows was very helpful and professional. Very happy!

I have 6 windows (3 upper and 3 lower) in my family room that I needed to cover after repainting our house. I knew I needed motorized shades as the upper shades were over 13' in the air and would have been difficult to open and close. I also did not want to have to hire a costly electrician to run power to each of the windows. After questioning me to find out my requirements, Stacy directed me to Hunter Douglas Sonnettes. They work like a roller shade but are actually 2 layers to provide more insulation to help save energy. The battery packs were moved down to the floor behind my couch so they are easy to replace/charge as necessary. When Tom came out to install the shades, he was very patient with me as we looked at the different options on how to position the batteries. He then set up the Hub so that in addition to the remote, I can control the shades from my phone. It was so easy to set up different scenes (all shades up, all shades down, etc). I also currently have 2 automations set up. One to automatically raise the shades at 9am and another to lower them at sunset. The end result is that I am very happy with my new shades and the excellent service provided by Creative Windows.

I have purchased several OpenLight solar shades from Creative Windows, as we've slowly been replacing aging wood blinds. They are the perfect solution for the windows above my kitchen sink and in the laundry room. I love the simplicity and clean-ability of these shades. Kudos for being Michigan-made! Highly recommend.

We have used Creative Windows many times over the last 15 years. Most recently they installed custom shades for our large family room windows, and shades on doors in our Mud room. Their sales and service is outstanding, and we are very pleased with the installation and quality of their work. I highly recommend them.

Have been a client for 28 years, in three homes. Creative Windows are totally professional. Their wonderful staff include highly trained measurers and installers. They always provided us with many options in materials and colors, and gave estimates that were accurate. We will continue to use them for all our window treatment needs. Best service, polite, reasonable prices.

The entire staff was professional, friendly and knowledgeable with every interaction. I wasn't sure if wood or faux wood blinds were the best choice for me and the staff helped me to make the best choice based on my budget and interest in an investment in my home. Although my home is quite small and I only had three windows needing window treatments they made me feel valued all the same. The installer was friendly and did a precise job and worth the added expense. I love my Hunter Douglas blinds and am so glad I didn't go with the considerably less expensive ones from the mail order companies. I would definitely use Creative Windows again!

I came to Creative Windows to do 2 custom windows. They offered me many options and helped me stay on budget- PLUS- I gave them a deadline that they met. They kept me informed every step of the way. They made a suggestion on a troublesome spot which has worked perfectly. The staff were so friendly and nice. I would use this company again, without question.

I have used Creative Windows for my last two houses. I love their products, their quality and service. The designers are extremely knowledgeable and helpful picking out the right product. The installation team is fast, efficient and clean. I have recommended Creative Windows to friends and they, too, are very pleased with the products and services. I am getting ready to redecorate, and they will get my business once again. I wouldn't go anyplace else for window treatments.

We were looking for door wall and living area window treatments. I was welcomed to the store, offered assistance and allowed to browse. Both consultants were professional and knowledgeable, offering a number of options to meet our needs. Stacy visited our home with material samples, brochures and shared ideas. We elected to delay replacing the living area treatments and contracted for a custom, pull-down door wall shade to block light yet allowing muted visibility of back yard and woods. The product was available within the estimated time line which we elected to install ourselves. It was exactly as expected, quality materials and construction to last. We are quite pleased with the results and will certainly visit Creative Windows first for our next window coverings.
