This is the second time we used Sean and his team. A couple of the fixtures from the first installation (four years ago) needed service. They were still under warranty so Sean came out and fixed them. During that appointment, I asked Sean's opinion of adding more lights around the perimeter of my property. His team arrived on schedule and installed the lights in a single day. So we decided to do a few extra projects and had grass installed with a few rocks to give it a tropical feel. Now our backyard has a different look and feeling, specially for this hot summer days. I would recommend Sean and his team to anyone looking to enhance the beauty of their landscaping

Our experience with Novel Remodeling could not have been better. Their professionalism is outstanding, all my concerns were addressed in a timely fashion and taken into consideration, my personal ideas were welcome, the team that they put together to complete the project was excellent, and the quality and choice of products are also excellent. I really appreciated the time spent working with me to go over measurements and features with such detail. We felt like we were getting true personalized attention and that it wasn't just us who cared about how my kitchen was being planned out. We did a whole kitchen refacing with Kitchen Solvers and our experience was truly impeccable. With very minor tweaks they made my kitchen look like a brand new space. Their ideas are great, their service is A+ and the execution is on point. I can't recommend them enough! From their amazing communication skills and outstanding on-site planning process to their attention to every detail and incredible costumer service, we wish we could have given Novel Remodeling one millions starts. The renovations to my small kitchen was exactly what we were looking for and we're so happy we decided to work with Novel Remodeling.

we recently had our master bathroom completely remodeled. We bought our home 25 years ago & this is our second big renovation after our kitchen was remodeled 5 years ago. They removed the mini-Jacuzzi we had & replaced it with a walk-in shower & tub. Our floor & wall tile were replaced & a flat screen tv installed on our wall. They also installed our new chandelier, painted the bathroom & installed new light fixtures that weren't there before. My husband & I are really pleased with the cost, the results & the job done at our home. The gentleman in charge of our project, Sean, was always checking to see if we had any questions or concerns while our bathroom was being remodeled. We did had a few changes that we wanted to do & he right away made the changes to what we wanted. Such a great guy! - Thank you all the fellows that worked on our bathroom, we really appreciate your hard work.

We signed a contract with them but cancelled it within the legally allowed temporal window because we wanted to make sure the scope of work was contingent on insurance reimbursement. Turns out that insurance lowballed us so I’m glad we cancelled. However, despite the legal cancellation, Novel tried to hold us to the contract because we had them do a small job after cancelling. They then claimed breach of contract because we were still waiting for the home owner’s insurance payment. Note that there was no timeline specified in the contact (and we cancelled it anyway). He did a beautiful job with the subway tile backsplash and in putting the finishing touches throughout the house. He was also very responsive to texts and we saw him almost every weekend at the house. He's a super nice and great person and we felt like he legitimately cared about making our family happy with his work. All in all, we were very impressed with Novel Remodeling and are hoping to use them again when we remodel our upstairs bathrooms.

This company does superb craftsmanship, at a very reasonable price. They showed up on time, finished on time, too, and cleaned up very thoroughly. The people in the office are a pleasure to work with: a human being answers the phone (not a menu or voicemail) and she is professional and very helpful. I appreciated that there was a very wide range of granite choices. I will definitely be using them again.
