Elizabeth McGreevy established superlative rock wall landscaping with design and placement of limestone block, river rock and mulch, at a new homesite, to professionally and masterfully address steep slopes and the need for strong seasonal storm runoff in the Lost Creek area of Austin. She addressed our land and home, settled beautifully into a bed of Hill Country natural mulch to form soil, and an array of regional plants, chosen to suit to the strong conditions of drought and season, wild animals including deer, and beauty throughout the year, with little need for deep water or routine care. We are deeply content with this strong body of work and recommend Roc-Solid strongly for their integrity, knowledge, and excellence. We are able to continue the settling of our landscape ourselves or turn to Elizabeth should we need a professional design and tending of the land and gardens. Brendan, who executed the physical landscaping work, was masterful. We are deeply grateful to them both.

Landscapes by Terra-Form, Elizabeth cMcGreevy, completed several landscaping projects at our house. We have a super tricky yard, with lots of shade and very hungry deer. She was able to make areas where I've tried several plantings that have failed, look beautiful and lush. She's very knowledgeable about native and low water plants, and plants smart. A neighbor planted lots of things the same time we did, and almost all of their new plants died or were eaten by deer, while ours flourished. I highly recommend her.

As an architect, I find that the architectural project is only as good as the consultants that are chosen to work in concert with the design. Elizabeth McGreevy was the perfect choice to design the landscape for a little house I designed in San Antonio. Her range of expertise not only in the proper plants to choose, but in how they work together and how all of the landscape elements enhance the house from every corner of the landscape is nothing short of delightful perfection. It's a small house and a small lot, and Elizabeth gave every outdoor element its own unique identity. The house design is something I like for the homeowner, but Elizabeth's landscape design takes it further than I could have imagined. Working with her and the homeowner was pleasant and trouble free from start to finish. I hope we have the opportunity to work together again on a regular basis.

I had an excellent experience with Elizabeth. She designed my entire landscape so that I have a series of garden rooms that correspond to my indoor rooms, my two small patios and my entry space for my front door. Except for a few roses and some jasmine all my plants are native plants that bring in tons of butterflies, birds and a few lizards. Except for my potted plants I do not have to water at all even through the drought we have had in San Antonio for the last few years. I do not have a mower or a string trimmer and I do not need them. Investing in a complete design is an incredible value; it will save you a great deal of time and money not to mention having a garden that becomes living space that you can enjoy almost everyday. My garden has been on garden tours and landscape design classes visit my garden almost every semester. The thing is I only spend an hour or two a month maintaining my garden once all the plants have been put in. Garden rooms, native plants and a fulyl integrated design by Elizabeth have given me a series of spaces I can enjoy and share with my friends.

We called Elizabeth at Land Steward after seeing one of her designs featured on KLRU television's "The Central Texas Gardener." She met with us for an initial consultation, and we decided to hire her to design a look for our front yard based on her extraordinary knowledge of local flora and fauna and her obvious expertise.
The process was easy and enjoyable. Elizabeth was always very professional but personable and fun as well. She listened to our ideas and incorporated them into what turned out to be a super-chic, modern, and impeccably crafted design for our yard. She also designed a water feature for our side yard. The style we requested was "Austin chic," and her design was right on the money, although with her expertise I am quite sure she could design in any style. We are excited to begin work on the schematic she created.
Overall, I give Land Steward highest marks for professionalism, expertise, and value. We will definitely hire this company again for future projects.

We hired Elizabeth to design a landscape plan that we could work on in stages. She gave us an incredible design and we live in the garden daily. Elizabeth took everything into consideration- the design of the house, limited water supply (rainwater), lifestyle.
Everything that she included in the design, from the hardscape to the plant selection has worked out beautifully! She suggested contractors and told us where we could find everything that we needed to complete our plan. I can't begin to imagine the mistakes we would have made and the time and money we would have spent if we had not hired her. She is a pleasure to work with, her rates are very reasonable and she is worth every penny!

Ms. McGreevy planned my native landscape a few years ago. I am in a residential area with a .4 acre lot. The yard has now matured into an exquisite example of a native garden in an urban setting. Elizabeth is extremely knowledgeable and intelligent. She is up to date on the latest science of landscaping- techniques, products, plants, ecology, and conservation. She is generous with her time and expertise, and her rates are very reasonable.

Elizabeth is a joy to work with. She's highly creative and passionate about delivery of a quality product. Able to work within constraints, she continues to think outside the box with a range of other professionals skill sets. She has been a great addition to our LEED for Homes project team.
She has completed our pool design (looks awesome!) and will be working on our house landscape plan.
