Thank you for sharing your experience. We regret that your delivery experience was not a positive one but we are quite puzzled as to why you would start with writing a review before giving us a chance to address the issues caused by a third party. As we have shown you with photos in our detailed and prompt communication, your items were shipped in mint condition, well palletized. Unfortunately, the shipping company did indeed damage your shipment and as we always do in similar situations, we sent out replacements to you once we concluded what you need. We have also communicated to you our assumption that the shipping company damaged your items and mixed them up with another shipment when delivering, as that is the only reasonable explanation as to why you would have received items that were not in the shipment we sent.

A large number of our customers are contractors like yourself and we know that you are dependent on fast and efficient deliveries to complete the job and get paid. This is why we have a specialized claims team who urgently addresses all issues and aims to resolve them as fast as possible. As almost all companies shipping items to customers, we are dependent on the quality of the work of the shipping companies we work with. This is why we only contract the best and most reliable shipping partners. Unfortunately, they are also not perfect and while it is rare, occasionally damage happens. When it does, we will always do all we can to address the issue. As you know, we have been working with you to address your concerns in an urgent and attentive manner - if you need anything else, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
