I was watching an Australian cooking show the other day. The chef made meringues and the audience applauded. I thought it was strange, since they usually boo meringues!

I think the folded hands emoji is most often used as prayer, gratitude or namaste, but I can see how it could be used as a high five. The joke posted is funny even if it's slightly wrong.
