My broken arm is healing

I was really worried when I fell and broke my arm in March. I was afraid it might not heal because of my age and having osteoporosis but it's getting better. I've been going to physical therapy. I was excited to be able to hang some laundry on my clothesline today.

Comments (2)Barely insert the arm into free-draining soil, support it with rocks, and stand back as it takes over. Seriously, they can just lay on the ground and they'll root, but you'll give it a head start by making it vertical. Mist it every few days and, given warm temps and sunny days, you'll likely have roots within two weeks. I'm glad to see that you have it under some control in a pot - I daresay if that beast was let loose in the ground you'd have a impenetrable botanical berm in no time. Comments (2)You need a 1/2" ID pipe wrench. The ID pipe wrench looks like a square shank metal punch with a small fluted cam wheel on the end. The end with the cam is inserted into the pipe, then you grip the square shank with an adjustable wrench and turn it. As it turns the cam will lock into the pipe wall and the broken piece will unscrew and come out stuck on the end of the wrench.
