I’ve got an answer which I’m not 100% comfortable with.

I’ve waited long enough that another idea has percolated up from the depths. It’s less obvious IMO than my first thought but still feasible.

The answer is Appraise. If you didn't get I don't blame you, but hopefully, KW you did guess it so that you can keep playing

I got it! Yippee for me! Full disclosure though — it was my second guess so if I hadn’t had more time to ponder I would be standing here, towel in hand. My first guess was Praise Up.. - not in the religious sense though. When I came back & looked at image I had a light bulb moment for the obvious. I’m so pleased with myself. 🤣
