I thought of that, of course, but didn't see anything to relate to the first part being only half there.

Could it be that Adam was incomplete (not all there) without Eve - but Eve was fully there.

Food, I pronounce the D in Adam distinctly. ADam not Am. I don't see a D sound represented in the puzzle. Unless I've missed something.
