From a summer solstice celebration, they played all kinds of unusual instruments lending to a very new age sound including different kinds of drums, a gong, flutes I've never seen before, crystal bowls, a didgeridoo and more. Very fun.

I used to live on this street, about two blocks from where the fair started.

The buzzing of saws, beeping of heavy equipment, whooshing of leaf blowers has permeated our neighborhood weekly if not daily so far this summer.

The sound of chain saws as we had this tree cut last week. It was too close to our propane tank for DH to want to tackle it himself and was growing too close to it. These guys were fast workers.

The first time I'd heard (or seen) a nose flute played.

Unlike Ninapearl's photo, this little guy that I'm babysitting doesn't make a sound. Although he did squeal/whimper with excitement when he saw me.

Our grand-dog, Keeley, is a French Bulldog and has the most amazing snorts and breathing sounds due to her little snout! We’re babysitting her and her brother while “The Kids” are on a short trip.

This guy turned down the guest room, preferring his popup system. The sounds of tearing up our backyard. And yes - electric bikes makes noise. The noise is not quite right but it’s there. 😂
