Appliance repair hassle............

last year

I mentioned a while ago our Bosch 11-year-old dishwasher broke and needed a water intake valve. So we decided since we like the DW to repair it and contacted Sears Repair Service because our two plumbers said they didn't do work like that. Last Friday a very skilled technician came out and diagnosed and ordered the part that would be delivered to our house on Wednesday and he'd fix it Friday(yesterday). However, the part was a day late in arrival so the repair was pushed up to today from 1-5. We kept these hours open although we had other things to do. We kept getting texts that we were the next stop and then even though their hours were to 5:30, we suddenly got a text our new time was Tuesday from 8=12. I am livid because I also have an appointment that day at the end of the supposed visit. There is no way to physically get in touch because every correspondence is automated.
