Apropos of Katlans post - it was November Friday 13th, 1998 when I was out for a run in the pouring rain and I stepped on a pine cone and went over on my ankle. Hyperextended my rotator cuff. broke the bottom of the tibia, and tore 3 ligaments in my ankle which led to 6 months of rehab and no running for 9 months. I'm staying home today.

eld that's hysterical---husband & I drove to a forest preserve near our house, Chicago suburbs, to get a unobstructed view of the lights but they were not to be seen.
