Festive Floof! Cocoa Conundrum!

last year

So, to add to my Christmas madness last year, I bought a festive airpot to substitute for the normal boing one that we make and serve coffee to the truck drivers in. This year, William Sonoma has a couple REALLY cute ones that I bought. I want to have hot cocoa to offer in addition to the coffee. What I need to know is, is it possible to make hot cocoa and keep it in such, or will the solids just sink to the bottom? Can I make it with milk or will that be iffy, bacteria wise, even if it is kept hot? Should I just supply some hot water in the pot and some powdered hot cocoa mix on the side? I feel like that would be more of a hassle. The drivers will probably make a mess left to their own devices. They are like kids sometimes.

This is the pot I got last year. I think that I will let my coworkers use this one to keep their coffee hot.

These are the 2 new ones I got this year. Will probably use the Snoopy one for coffee, since chocolate is bad for dogs.... If after all your sage advice it is determines that cocoa is a bad idea or impractical, I will just rotate them out with coffee, or let one of the other departments use it for their coffee or something.
