Although I am very uncomfortable, I wouldn't exactly say I am in pain. I do know I don't like what I am feeling. It remains to be seen if I like the results. Right now, I am just the opposite of what I was. More closed lid and higher eyebrowed on the right as opposed to the left.

OklaMoni, It didn't occur to me until we were visiting my brother-in-law in Vermont for New Years that he now has a place in Naples, FL we he would be at from just after New Years until April. Given that he is an avid cyclist he likely would have be willing and happy to host you on your trip. This past spring he came with a group to our area to cycle Skyline Drive and the Blue Ridge Parkway, covering 600 miles over 9 days. I hope your trip went well and I look forward to your trip report and photos. It was nice of Florida to have several tornadoes while you were there, so that it would feel more like home. :-)

Jasdip, Big Red is not mine. My good friend up at the farm lets me ride her horse. Nicole, yes, he is a senior horse. I think he is 25 this year. When a horse is on pasture 24/7, they can live a long and healthy life. It was the best thing I ever did for Teddy and Big Red is proof of that as well. :)

Socks, I order from Bits and Pieces 3 or 4 times a year. 6 to 8 puzzles at a time, sent directly to a sister-in law. When she is done with them, I pick them up and do them. The one I posted yesterday on the Show Me thread came from Walmart. A new brand to me with very interesting subjects in the 500 piece count. The puzzle box is very sturdy and has a sleeve type cover with the subject pic and info on it. Inside is a picture to follow and a zip lock bag for storage of the pieces when you are done. The brand is Dowdle Puzzles.

Marilyn asked me to post a ”before “ photo of our rescue Doberman, Logan. As I mentioned here earlier, some horrid person tied him tightly to a tree out the the middle of a mountain forest and left him there to die with no food, water or shelter. He weighed only 34 pounds when he was discovered and taken to a nearby animal hospital.

But, here he is yesterday (about 45-60 days after the above pic) our newly adopted and much loved fur kid after his first professional grooming. He now weighs about 75 pounds.

ohhh, lynn! that first picture is simply heartbreaking. how people can be so cruel and animals can be so forgiving is just beyond me. i'm SO glad you have this sweet boy now, he looks wonderful!
