My brother & sil found this gift for me - she doesn't craft but loves to go to craft shows in their hometown and has found somed beautiful things to send me! Its a cake pan (sheet cake type) with a solid lid on it. On the lid, the lady had somehow put a lighthouse. It looks like she did it with some kind of dremel ? The whole design is done with tiny holes(hope this is making sense) She also has somehow engraved my whole name on the side of the pan so noone will forget who that pan belongs to if I take it somewhere for a dinner or something. Of course the top of the pan is hunter green just like my kitchen. Also sent me the cutest snowman made out of polymer clay with a bird on his head!! They really put a lot of thought into gifts they send us.

I Thank God everyday that this wonderful man entered her life! I told Christy if he didn't marry HER...I was gonna ask him to marry ME! I was determined to keep him in the family!LOL I also told Christy that some people marry for love...some marry for money..but Danny married her because I was going to make such a great Mother-in-Law!!! My MIL set the example of the perfect MIL from the day DH and I married. If I'd custom ordered my MIL..she still wouldn't have been a wonderful as the one I have!

Yah, I have given wallets that i filled with gift cards too-- not sure what i would use for a housewarming gift. I did find some inexpensive new home journals/maintenance record books.. most of the info I'd expect them to keep online/on the cloud.. but really, I am only looking for a vehicle for gift cars so it could work for the purpose. Same with a photo album-- they're all fully online/cloud. Will keep looking for popup cards and for books/photo albums. (along with baby gifts-- we'll soon have a virtual baby shower for nephew and his wife!) Thanks all!
