Looks like there will be a new hidden Idol on the island in tonight's episode. I sure hope someone uses it! I was just thinking that Q can win as long as Liz and Venus go to the end with him. What do you think?

And Amazing Race finale is next week. Sure went by fast! The two guys who have 5 (more?) first place wins so far are the favorites, but if it's close, then it's anyone's game. They'll end in Philadelphia.

For survivor fans, you can get a couple of seasons on Netflix. I'm watching Season 7, Pearl Islands. One of the best seasons ever. Pirate themed, with Sandra, Rupert, and Johnny Fairplay.

So dumb, Venus! When its this close to the end and you know your name has been put out there, you use your idol!

My dislike for Maria keeps growing. Why wouldnt she feed Liz? And why didnt everyone give their licorice to Liz before she passes out from hunger?

I guess Im rootimg for Charlie but I have sneaking feeling Kenzie will win. I hope not.

I never saw season 7. Can't remember what season I started watching.

I sure hope Q is sent packing. Tonight would be great!

Well, i sure hope no one finds the idol, doesn't use it and gets voted off.

Id liketo see Maria go. Something about her rubs me the wrong way. Same with Kenzie. And Q.

I dont usually watch TAR but will definitely be watching for Philly next week. I wondll have to run through the Reading Terminal Market. That would be something to see.

I like pretty much all the TAR teams. I’m not a huge fan of Cesar & Ricky, who have had the lead 3 times now. They seem overly confident, and I don’t see them as all that capable above the others really. I also didn’t get why Danny’s Mom kept insisting she could do all the challenges either, when she didn’t seem suited for them. Maybe you’re correct, schoolhouse, and Danny is keeping his turn until the end. Not that I think he can do better at any of the physical challenges.

I never knew that losing your camera crew was penalizing either. In fact, I never gave the camera crew much thought until last night. Now it makes sense that each team would have their personal crew. ha It happened at the round-about. Angie and Danny took a left turn at the last minute while the crew took a right. Apparently it's not a matter of them just following a team, the directions are shared the entire time?

Schoolhouse, I was just coming here to say the same thing. It’s early, but man, TAR is boring me so far for the first time ever. Survivor is, too. I don’t really like or dislike anyone, or care which teams win anything. Maybe it’s just the monotony of the same location, same challenges, same three teams and one is always weak, too many ways to have immunity (or not), etc. I wish they’d mix it up and go back to two larger teams and somewhere besides Fiji. It used to be rough and rugged, now it’s like they’re at a resort playing games. From what I’ve read, it’s Fiji now due to tax breaks and liability. They’ve had some people in dangerous situations in the past and don’t want that to happen again. But it feels like Disney Survivor. :D I loved last season. It felt more like the old days to me for some reason. The contestants were interesting and a great mix of personalities.

The jury looked angry. Venus was "dumb"! The strategy every week leaves Liz crying. (I want to give her a hug) It's hard to watch....I can't wait for it to be OVER. May 22 and the misery will stop.

Last night's TAR episode was sort of boring. I was tired and nearly went to bed at 10pm. but curiosity got the best of me so I had to stay up to see who didn't make it.

Just finished watching it. I LOVED Rupert! Wish Netflix would carry more seasons from the early years.

I think you can get other seasons on various streaming services that I don't have. But Netflix will have a couple of seasons at any time, which is enough for me. About Pearl Islands, Sandra got a lot of haters later on (she won twice) but she's a darned good player. And Pearl Islands had the BEST challenges, the pirate-themed ones, like firing muskets and making the loved one walk the plank. That's an outstanding season. And yes, Rupert!

All seasons are on Paramount+. You can get a week's free trial and then it's $5.99/month. I think I may try that for a month.

Pluto has a Survivor channel. Its free. interesting to waych an old one and see how the game has evolved, and how Jeff has aged ( rather well)
