Went for Perlite... Came back with 6 plants.
Comments (14)That has happened to all of us. But you know what? Sometimes you end up buying your very favorite plants that way. To me, what's worse is when you DO keep the promise to yourself not to buy a single thing….then, 6 or 8 months later you're saying, "I wish I had bought that beautiful Sans Whitney when I saw it. I haven't seen another one that good since. Why didn't I buy it???" Regret -- it's even worse than guilt when it comes to plants!...See MoreMy dead mint plant came back, but he has changed.
Comments (8)'Herbs usually develop better taste when they get a lot of sun and some heat.' Mint is native to temperate climates and damp locations. It isn't a Mediterranean type herb, eg rosemary, sage, lavender etc, and it doesn't need heat or full sun. But it does need more light than is available indoors without grow lamps. Both plants are clearly mints but there are hundreds of cultivars and fortuitous hybrids....See MoreI need help identifying the plant these seeds came from.

Comments (2)Plant looks great to me. You will always have a few leaves die on you. Looks like it could use more sunlight. Not direct but if indoors, a sunny window. Doesn't have to be but it will give you maximum looks and growth. I would water it more and don't let it set in water. During colder months, cut back on the watering. Sounds like you are doing everything right....See Moreperen.all Zone 5a Ontario Canada
