Hate to tell you but there is no way to know what color is a good choice for you, because it depends... it depends on what white your cabinets are, what shade of green your island is, your lighting, your natural light through the woods. If you know what white your cabinets are, that will help you as a jumping off point.

You can order lots of samples from Samplize, they even have bundles I think (Favorite whites or something like that) and start looking at these samples against your cabinets, your flooring, your lighting.

Agree you need to sample. Be aware that Pale Oak can flash pale violet/purple in some lights -- a no-go with green.

The only color you've told us you have is green. Yellow and green work in harmony. I have walls that read white to the naked eye but are actually the palest of yellows--a color we pulled out of the carpet. Pull the lightest color out of curtains/couch/SOMETHING go with that. You can always pale it down if it's still more color than you want.

We sampled both of those colors in our house when painting a couple years ago. Our windows are mostly south or north facing. Seapearl looked great in the northern rooms because it's lighter and warmer. I chose Pale Oak in my living room which has strong southern light. I have never seen the pink or violet undertone that some people say they have seen, so this may be exposure-specific. I chose Soft Chamois for the two north facing bedrooms and hallways because it looks like a lighter, slightly warmer version of Pale Oak. It's close to Seapearl but dials back the LRV and yellow just a bit. So it blends with Pale Oak well but the northern exposure needed something lighter, with a little less gray. I used Edgecomb Gray in the primary bedroom which also has a west facing window. If you end up wanting something with more pigment than Pale Oak, that would be a good one to look at. It's also very popular and very neutral. It's as much beige as gray, despite the name. Buy some large samples or paint boards you can move around to different rooms. It is diffcult to find something that works all over your house when each room has different light.
