What he did was paint big pieces of wallboard, which was already white to begin with, and I think it just overpowered the new colors. I suppose we should get some pieces of wood for him to do for us instead. I might also add that it's not just the Blizzard we're talking about here, but I'm also having a white subway tile backsplash and a white refrigerator as well, so that's a lot of whites to coordinate. I hired a color specialist and she recommended BM Ivory White. Not too white, not too yellow or pink, but it is an off white, creamy - not stark white. She also recommended painting all of our trim in our house the same BM ivory white. Granted, she saw pictures of our house. I have ordered custom cabinets that will be painted in BM Oxford white. We are thinking of painting the walls in BM white dove. Will the two colors go together? Yes, they go together for two reasons.
