Island quartzite seamed pieces don’t seem to match

Hi there, we recently had our island countertop installed in our kitchen remodel, and as much as I love the quartzite we chose, the seamed together pieces don’t look like they came from the same slab. Maybe I’m being too picky? They are different shades and the veins “kind of” match in some spots and run completely different directions in other places. What do you think? This doesn’t look like what we approved on the template. Should we ask to see the template and compare? Or is it completely fine and normal and I’m being overly critical? The seam doesn’t bug me as much as the color difference. They are also still working on fixing small imperfections on the actual seam where there are rough spots. It’s a really big island and has a unique shape so we had to get creative as to where to seam it together. I was just hoping for it to be less noticeable. Thank you.
