Is a 36" trash pullout too flimsy for a rental?
Comments (3)Can’t comment on the flimsiness, but having such a large trash pull out under the sink means if someone’s at the sink, they’re in the way for accessing the trash. In our (rental) kitchen the sink user is only blocking a ~20” cabinet door for the trash and it’s still annoying to push them aside - so I’d imagine it’s worse if you had to move the sink user way over to pull out the 36” drawer...See More36" Dual Fuel Stove Opinion
Comments (1)Five star almost fits the bill. i am getting their 36” dual fuel range. i had one in my previous house and it was installed in 1998. It is still there. No fancy electronics, not even a timer. their 36” dual fuel model has four burners and a center griddle / grill unit. I used the heck out of the griddle. They direct ship. You would want to ask them about their local service options. Mine came to about $6400 with another $150 to drop it into the garage. You would need make up air....See More36 in stove top, placement of double wall ovens on same wall or differ
Comments (14)What is the aisle width (between the range handle and the island counter) in the 3-D rendering you just posted? Whether you go with a range or a same-wall range top/double oven, you need a minimum of 48” for a 2-cook kitchen. Instead of a tall cabinet to the right of the refrigerator, consider a lower/counter/upper so you have a landing space next to the refrigerator plus a spot for drink glasses in the adjacent upper cabinet. The reveal on either side of the doorway on the refrigerator wall is not equal. Can the cabinet width next to the refrigerator be widened so the space from cabinet to door frame is equal on both sides of the doorway? You have a lot of cabinets. Consider glass doors on some of the uppers....See More36” induction stove with double oven?
