Is Boscobel grafted? That might make a difference in when you get first blooms. Olivia may just have her own schedule, so wait a month and let us know. Don't give her any more fertilizer, especially that with a fairly high dose of nitrogen. That encourages lots of leaves, I'd think. If you want fast acting fertilizer, good old Miracle Grow is probably best, but she's been fertilized plenty already. I'm certainly far away from Florida, but I remember Bosco and Olivia starting their blooming about the same time. Diane

Actually both are own root . Maybe it is because they both have different growth habits ?

I will leave the fertilizer for now and wait .

We are in completely different locations but Olivia was slow to impress me. The first couple of years I had no idea why Kristine loved her so much but now she is great!

Olivia never impressed though she bloomed a lot. I didn't like her blooms at all. Last winter the voles removed Olivia from my garden, and she's been replaced by my second Rouge Royale. Diane

Usually I make quick decisions on S/P a rose because of our long growing season in FL .

But I am patiently waiting for Olivia to perform because almost everyone loves her .

Actually the few blooms that I saw in March did not impress me , bleached color almost white .I was waiting for cooler weather blooms .

I got rid of Olivia b/c even after 4 years she didn’t bloom much. I had 2 on Dr Huey. I put Quietness in the place of one for a pink - different form, but similar color. I’m happy now! I got rid of Queen of Sweden for same reason. Blooms too rare. But boy I love those flowers.

My Olivias are grafted and they are vigorous and bloom quite a bit. So I think its just a matter of time for the own root..."first year they sleep, 2nd year, they creep, 3rd year they leap" etc..getting a grafted rose is a way to bypass all that so I try to get them if I can because I am impatient lol. Obviously there's are lots of good reason to get own roots too. depending on availability and situation.

I have 2 grafted Boscobel as well. Olivia way outperforms B but B has much nicer cupped blooms. I dont think Olivia's fragrance is that great or strong. When she first came out, some people were saying she would be the replacement for Evelyn. Definitely not! I do like Olivia because she is reliable and the tree frogs like her blooms alot for some reason too.

You are too patient , 4 years ! I think I will give Olivia one more season before I replace her with something else . Too many new exiting roses to try !

I tried Dr.Huey grafted roses before but they don't thrive for me . Own root fare much better and of course Fortuniana . I am babying Olivia for now . Boscobel is blooming though & is healthy .

Somehow Austins dont work for me . I S/P : Sharifa Asma , Princess Ann , Munstead Woods , Darcy Bussell , for disease and not blooming much .
