Monk Fruit Sugar Alternative?

I recently bought Whole Earth Erythritol & Monk Fruit sugar alternative on a whim. I made some whole cranberry sauce my usual way, grinding an entire orange in with the water, but I substituted the Monk Fruit product for the sugar, cup for cup. The result tasted great, but after I refrigerated it and tasted it the next day, it was very gritty.

Have any of y'all tried this sugar substitute product? Please talk about successes and failures. I have several cups of it left. Thank you!
