Either SS or bronze will work. Which do you prefer? Remember that with an undermount sink, the faucet is up against the granite, not the sink, so you can use whichever you like. I have ORB hardware and pendants, but SS appliances and sink. I used a SS faucet.

Thanks everyone. The ORB is a living finish (both are actually) so will change with use and time and will start black but become more bronze with wear. I don't have a sample for the faucets. Have seen both but plumbing supply place won't let us the board to see it against the quartzite. Kitchen design is more traditional. Not looking to be modern. I think the Caribbean Bronze will work with the veining and agree that metals don't all need to be the same. We chose pendant lights that are more of a pewter finish with crystals that cover most of the metal so I didn't want to keep adding materials. We also have original door handles and window pulls throughout the home in ORB. I'm torn because I love the CB but the ORB seems safer.

While the darker granite composite sinks are pretty indestructible, the white and cream ones stain easily and are harder to clean. If I were only choosing white/cream sink, I would get enameled cast iron. I don’t think a white sink will look that great with the OP’s choice of counter. To the OP - Cambria Skara Brae is a pretty contemporary look. I would choose a black granite composite sink like the Blanco Silgranit anthracite color to set it off, and I’d choose a polished faucet finish like polished chrome (not a brushed finish) so that the faucet gleams like jewelry on black velvet with the counter and black sink. Here are photos of the OP’s choice of counter. I could only find pics of it with stainless steel sinks which the OP says she doesn’t want.

A nine inch deep sink is about perfect.
