Need Help Identifying a Flowering Plant

Can someone tell me a bit about the plant with the yellow flowers? Name, where I might be able to fidn them, etc? This pic was taken in Pennsylvania but I have never seen one of these before.

Senna didymobotrya. For future reference there is a forum here specifically for identifying plants. https://www.houzz.com/discussions/name-that-plant

Luckily this one was easy but a close up of flowers and foliage is generally necessary.
