No Demo Clash-y Bathroom Redo

I’m looking to redo this bathroom with no demo… the tile floor is…LOUD. The gray vanity clashes with the floor and the walls which are a light gray with a green undertone?? I’m hoping to work with the floors… what color should I paint the vanity? The walls? Any shower curtain recommendations to tie the space together??

Here's one option. Your tiles look reddish brown so I would do greens. Paint the vanity an olive green, you could swap out hardware with brass. Off white walls. Checkerboard is trendy right now so I think you could definitely keep the floor. You could also swap out the sconce and mirror and add a fun piece of art over the toilet.

Or here's another one where they painted the vanity the same color as the tile.

I can see it has been quite a while since this post. I can thoroughly relate to you tivy. I have a great room with 5 doors that are visible. They must all match because it would drive my OCD brain crazy. The other doors are half lite doors. to allow light into the space and provide views of the beautiful garden. My BF and I argued for months during the remodel regarding the doors. he finally gave in and acquiesced to a matching half lite door for a bathroom. The doors i chose were not privacy glass. I merely purchased the stick on privacy sheeting and fit it in the clear door panel quite nicely. Judging by the pictures provided that door seems like it is it to heavy looking for the space. Maybe try a half lite door? As I did. It allows light but all you see is the chest up?

I assume that this is for a flip? Hopefully bumping will get you more answers (we have a few flippers here...) My thoughts--this kind of bathroom could be great but only if it's gutted... Barring that and touching on just a couple of points... The bathtub doesn't need a surround. Or tile. Get rid of it and put in a soaker tub. Keep the bidet. Don't see the point of a sitting area. Do see the point of a dressing table IF you need to fill up space. Linen closet should have shelves. Cheap and easy. Keep the mirror. You can frame it out with trim pieces and it will look great... Sink base looks okay... Do the fixtures match in color? Those painted finishes are horrible and I would hate you if you did that to a house I was buying. It's a really nice size bathroom. Closets are confusing me as far as what can be done...do you have a floor plan?

mine are 4x12. You could go larger,,,they have some solid white at 8x16 on tilebar. doing a 3x6 just means more grout lines. this one I just finished for a client was also 4x12, but had a hand-made, wavy look to them1x4 herringbone mosaic was done on the inside floor. tiles on the outer floor are 12x24. this is a small bathroom
