I have found myself with an abundance of curry blends (I bought some at a store, and forgot I had an A zon delivery order coming, as well). I don't want to return it, because I will use it. But it's more than a year's worth for me.

Should I freeze half of it? Some of it is in a sealed bag (a Spice House flat pack), and the A zon container hasn't been opened, so it still has the seal below the cap.

I found mixed reviews of freezing when I googled it, so thought I would ask here.
