Our new home is a 1940’s beauty. We are slowly updating it, as the previous owners were a little older and have not updated much. The front porch is my dilemma. I really want to wrap the outdated metal columns with wood, but I am not sure how to update the metal top of the awning for the porch. Any ideas?
