Faucet Direct carries Kohler and other brands and the prices are pretty good. I got a Kohler for the guest bath and will get another one for my master remodel - I like the ones with mirror in back of the shelves as well as on the back of the door. That works great for looking at the back of your hair! Most of them can be totally recessed. If you scroll through the items, or choose the "framed" option, you'll see that Nutone has some framed designs. But I don't like the insides of the Nutone med cabs - they are old-style ugly.

Cat_mom and phylhl, thank you so much for sharing your experience. Did you get your Robern cabinets at local stores or online? I saw Amazon has very good price on Robern sold by Faucets and More. I don't know if it's good to order from there. I am now buying materials first, then I'll interview contractors to do the remodeling. Really appreciate your help.

What hinge do you have? Compact blumotion? Google 38C315B3 restriction clip. I went through this for my frameless cabinets, but ended up having to get new Blum hinges and the clips. I never found white ones though. You could always call Blum, too, to see what they suggest. I ordered mine through Rockler. Cabinetparts.com is a good resource too.

This one is 13.5 inches wide. It has a polished edge instead of a metal banded edge, though. The inside is plastic, with plastic shelves. It has a 17.5 inch high cabinet, so you will have to make your hole smaller. Most cabinets are at least 14" wide. That half inch opens up a whole world of small cabinets to you. If the previous hole is not boxed with wood, you might be able to easily widen and lengthen it to suit a different cabinet.
