I've seen this done very poorly- and very well. I think the best I've seen is when you used a flat rock/ flagstone laid in the ground or as a 'path' with the upright stone behind it. It gives a good edge but makes maintenance much easier- which is generally the problem with rock-lined beds. A gentelman on Dave's Garden has a fabulous example. I asked him if he would be willing to post it here so perhaps he will.

If you are still missing any, there is a website where you can use photos that were donated, link below. I noticed though when you click on "Registered Gallery" tab, then next screen has what looks like broken links but just click inside the box and it takes you to a Picasa web album. I inherited this wood and coal heater. Don't have information with it. Would like a MANUAL and whatever information would be helpful. It's in the basement but not installed, want to do it right. Please send information ASAP. Thank you. John S

Not being able to read your mind as to where you might have put them ;-) I suggest either (or both) of these two courses of action: 1) Dig through your emails - you should have received an email from any online photo hosting site you signed up with, showing your ID and password. (ALWAYS save these!) 2) Sign up for a new account somewhere and upload your photos again. I'm not oblivious to the hassle factor, since I'm currently consolidating my photos from about five different sites onto two. :-)
