What are room measurements, including post location? Measurement from floor to bottom of window? What other furniture do you need for office to function? Executive chair? Sofa end table? Sofa coffee table? File cabinet? Surface for printer/fax? Console table? Floor lamp? Bookcase? Visitor chair? Area to set up camera and light for zoom calls?

First thing is to define all your needs and create an on line floor plan with exact measurements and structural components.

Test different layouts along with the couch: small desk or a small table/chairs or only a chair, storage/bookcases (suggest using wall behind pillar and if not needed, add large art and a plant).
