Since I am a person who has several eosinophilic issues, I decided to contact my ultra-specialist eosinophillic issue physician to see if she could do dairy/egg allergy testing (she has done hours long medication testing on me multiple times). I am content with all the other foods I am to avoid. Instead, she's hooked me up with an eosinophilic esophagitis specialist who does food allergy testing.
I'll still go see my gastroenterologist, but I think going the food route is just his way of looking at things, since it's his area of work. I have a deep feeling medication can help loads. And hopefully, all I will need 🤞🏻
Either way, I'm happy for all the substitution suggestions, and I'll continue doing them until I find out definitively.
