Mystery Tile - Solid White Surface 12"x12", Composite Wood Base

We are trying to find the name or product type of these tiles.

The top is solid white and a hard suface. It seems much harder then just a paint. The base material making up the rest of the tile is a composite or compressed woodish material, almost like an MDF. They don't break if you drop them. There is no vinyl, ceramic, or porcelin used in this tile.

Have any idea what these are called? The image attached has bondo residue on top surface, otherwise it would be solid white. It's possible these were created from a larger sheet of white coated MDF.
