Splish, splash! Lots of window to wash. At least the neighbors across the street have covered their windows so you won't be able to notice if they're watching you.

Also, if it's like the houses across the street, that would seem to have a lot of extra space devoted to a potty...I think I'd rather more closet/bedroom space.

Also, out of all those windows only one opens. The furthest one from the toilet.

I also hate the placement of the faucets. Put them against the wall.

You get a really great view of a power pole that will be lit up at night. What's not to like? And the bath tub is installed backwards. Talk about awkward to get in and out of and how to place a floor matt? What were they thinking.

The room is too large. Marble is easily stained -- and slippery. Tub faucets impede access; put them at one end, not in the middle of either side. This is a waste of windows that will need to be covered. (It's not like there's any 'view'.) Nice catch about the street light, Patriciae.

Hard ‘no’ for me. Slippery floor, no privacy and I’m not a fan of stand alone bathtubs (even if it were installed correctly) which are difficult to get in/out of and a challenge to clean around.

I "loved" my real marble floor at the last house. Super cold in the Summer, radiant heat in the Winter.....aaaahhhhhh. This floor, in the photo, is man-made quartz. No view. You'd have to put top-down bottom-up privacy shades on ALL the windows with NO see through value or you'd see an outline of a person....not happening! I'd also want a water closet/enclosed toilet. They contain odors and a fan will clear a small space faster. Then a 2nd exhaust fan for humidity. Then I like the floor mounted faucets, not tub mounted.

I do agree with mxk....someone will LOVE it because the house is in their budget and location.

My house before the one I live in now had a huge window by the tub but it was private. You could see the Northern Lights.

Nay! sort of reminds me of a bathroom in a hotel room in Italy. The bathroom itself was private but you had to walk through a very exposed spacetoget back to the bedroom. Dont forget your bathrobe!

So bad it’s almost funny…horribly slick floor for a bathroom…huge windows showing toilet and bathtub. You could use a lot of blinds on the windows but rugs would leave dangerous open spots.

Yikes! No! I love windows and have 46 in my house but this is insane. None of my windows have curtains, some just have indoor shutters and my bedroom has blinds that are only used at night. Why hide beautiful woodwork? These bathroom windows would have to be covered night and day. What was the builder thinking? Plus there is a lot of wasted space. My main bath is very small simply because in 1840 there were no bathrooms so this was carved out of a large bedroom 100 years ago. But it is 1000% more charming than this one with its original wood floors and white shiplap walls and its ONE window filled with plants.

All I can say is Oh.My.Gosh! It must have been designed by and for exhibitionists!

Frankly, I pity the neighbors around it! Ugh!

Oh Roxsol, I live in central Wisconsin so I know cold. And that looks like a very chilly bathroom to me. The best R value you can get in windows is around 7-8. So there is a lot of minimally insulated wall space plus high ceilings and lot of square footage in the bathroom. Which will require a much higher cfm rating on the exhaust fan. So that bathroom is going to be both cold and drafty.

I live in northern Alberta and have a lot of big windows in my house. I do not like window coverings and have curtains only in two bedrooms. The rest of my windows are bare because I love being able to see the outside view year round. I live in the middle of nowhere 🙂. My house never feels drafty. It is well built.

When I lived in Edmonton, my house was one of those monstrosities with large bathroom windows, packed into a new neighbourhood. It did have large one way windows next to the bathtub.. Anyhow, it definitely was a design mistake that I learned from, but not because it was drafty. Actually, I would occasionally open the window in the winter when I was having a bath. LOL, the cold winter air mixing with the steamy bath air would create a small weather system!

I can honestly say though, the bathroom never felt cold.

I guess if the glass was mirrored on the outside and no one could see in, it may be alright. But still, that bathroom has more windows than my living room!

Neither yay nor nay........it depends on what the other options are, and what the rest of the house is like. Certainly not my ideal, but not a deal breaker for me either. Obviously a compact urban setting, and if this was an add-on because the original bathroom(s) in the house are tiny, I'd add some decorative non-slip floor mats

and enjoy the space that the other bathroom(s) in the house don't offer. The views will always be crowded urban because that's where some people want to live.

Stripper pole? 😂 I think that’s the corner of the glass shower stall. I like a big bathroom but that one does not appeal to me for many reasons already noted. Except the floors. I have polished marble tile (I think) and slipperiness is a non-issue. I don’t like to track water all over the bathroom, so as soon as I’m out of the shower and off the bath mat, the soles of my feet are dry and there’s no water dripping off of me, at least not enough to create a hazard.
