Thought I'd share ... Sunglasses

As many may remember, I have been on a trek for new glasses .. 2 refractory appts and 3 types of lenses and I have finally found the sweet spot. My vision is not corrected but it is much better ... and I am no longer getting headaches and nausea.
I have one more pair to go-- just to replace the first round lenses. I just picked up my sunglasses today. I didn't NEED a new pair of frames but my sister nudged me to get my first pair of fancy girl sunglasses. I love them ... and better still, I can see so much better in them!
You can't see the chain design .. so here are the actual frames
Thanks to all who gave me encouragement-- this has been a 2-month venture to get them "right" (all the glasses-- not just the sunglasses lol)

Comments (138)Its funny cause the trigona gets full Sun and the leaves are the only red on it that's why I'm kinda iffy as to what kind it is...but then again most of my plant's are mutants Any how..Lol Tried e-mail ing you stush, don't kno if YOU got it I'm not that tech savvy LOL If u tell me what plant YOU like I'll let you kno if i have another or a clipping or a pup or something to give you. Comments (17)Hi Misselle! Welcome! That's quite the collection of plants! Very nice! I am horrible with names, so hopefully others will chime in soon and help. Your very last picture is an aloe, and yes, they can be slow to bloom. :-) I get impatient with mine. lol.. The one above it seems to be an Aloe or Agave. I believe the pretty little variegated one a little further up is portulacaria afra aka Elephant bush The one in bloom that you mentioned the photo blurry may be a Senecio It is important that you learn all the names or at least the family the plants are from to know the proper care. Comments (17)Thanks dizzy, Seil and Sofl. I have grown kiddos and chose rose growing as my kids left me hobby. Lol. My poor hubby doesn't stand a chance. Now I have a precious 3 yr old grandson whom I have out in the garden everyday when he's with me so I'm gonna gear him towards helping nana keep the weeds at bay. Lol. I would show more yard shots if I had the weeds under control and a couple yrs ago had zoysia sod put in and good gravy that stuff try's to take over too. It's almost a losing battle. Comments (10)Benjesbride, the absolute best thing you can do is to play classical music in your home and take your little one to live performances. I truly believe that it beneficial to young children to experience the discipline of learning a musical instrument. I began playing the violin at the age of 8 and have had many wonderful experiences through music that I never would have had otherwise. There is nothing like playing a great piece of music with a full orchestra!
