How to replace a ceramic sink in a quartz countertop

My bathroom vanity is only 5 years old and today I noticed it has a substantial crack. I'm hoping that somehow I can get the sink replaced without damaging the cabinet or the quartz countertop. I've read that that can be done. I had a plumber look at it but he was stumped because the sink is being supported by two thick boards. No one I have spoken to has any idea who I should hire to do this - a plumber, a carpenter, or a fabricator or someone else. Please help.
