Hello

Well I looked up disease on tomato plants with white spots. Downy Mildew seemed to be the culprit but my leaves don't look like the ones in the picture. The pics have white spreading through the plants while my dots are just that, dots. The plant seems healthy and the stem is hard(but white on the bottom.

Is this a salvageable plant?
