Right now @ MY Sprouts Store, here in Colorado, they have half off store brand spices. $5/2 jars of Poppy Seeds for instance....but...just know...that altho they're GREAT for poppy seed salad dressing or muffins...you can plant them in the ground and grow....yes...poppies! For a fraction of what poppy seeds at a gardening supply would cost.
