That's what I'm looking for my cabinets and trim, a nice creamy white that is not too white yet not the same color as the walls. I have a paint chip of SW dover white and it looks beautiful. I put a dot of grand teton white paint onto my sw dover paint chip and it pretty much blended in. cloud white looks really white against grand teton white so I'm scared to commit. I'll have to buy a sample of sw dover and try it against grand teton to see if there is a difference on a larger scale. whites are so confusing :(

My one regret with the black island is that I chose a shaker door without a bevel. Those little corners are hard to clean and the black shows everything! If I could do it over I would still do a black island but it would be a stained wood, painted black and then distressed. That way any nicks and bumps show wood and not a white chip. We are considering changing that down the road.

I just painted our entire master suite white dove and find it way too stark! Regretted now…

If this were my space i'd spend to fix the microwave situation. the walls are the problem as they have a yellow undertone. I dont see the problem w cabs and counter at all. Paint the walls the aesthetic white shown above. or a neutral bone or ivory or a white w more green undertone. stay away from yellow anything due to the true tan/brown of counter/floor.....Then I'd probably swap the glass in the vertical cabs for a smokey/frosted glass. I dont find the clear glass in that situation a plus at all. I dont see any yellow issue w cabinets from these pics........lighting assessment and a neutral wall color will address what you think is a yellow cast to cabs.....but probably is not. Money saved. Fix the corner w microwave.
