I do, but all my spices are packed right now so I can't tell you the brand. I buy it at a local Japanese market.

I also buy it at a local Japanese market, but you can also get it from Amazon. There are quite a few Japanese markets in my neighborhood in L.A., but none in Palm Springs, and so I take Japanese ingredients with me when I go there.

While I have heard of Chinese 5-spice, I havent heard of Japanese 7 spice. I am always intrigued by new spice blends. what would you use it for?
