Based upon the information provided, I think you can we get away with the oil rubbed bronze. "Super affordable" carries a lot of weight.

Evening Blue and black are quite dark, so I would choose something that would contrast for the lighting. A cool metal in silver tones might look nice--brushed or galvanized steel, pewter or nickel. I think black or ORB would disappear into a dark blue background.

mandmsears - Have you thought about painting them? For our previous home (now 16 years old) we purchased very expensive ORB garage light fixtures from our local lighting store (not Lowe's or HD quality). The baked-on finish started fading after a year. They were only exposed to morning sun. By year two, they looked horrible! I was having some shutters put up and painted, so I asked the painters if they could paint the light fixtures. They agreed and took the fixtures down off of the house. They cleaned them and then used one can of Rust-Oleum ORB on each fixture. Not sure if they used a sealer of any kind. The fixtures looked fantastic! Never touched them again. When we moved out of the house 12 years later, those fixtures still looked brand new!!!

BTW - We used ORB lighting fixtures on our new house and have some black accents. We have ORB metal roofing accents an guttering, as well. Fixtures, guttering, and metal roofing almost look black.
