Outside Playing...you know the difference between beer nuts and deer nuts? Beer nuts are $1.25 but deer nuts are under a buck....

my son has at least one fawn born each year inside his fence at the edge of the city. it has become a bit of a problem because they constantly have people ringing their doorbell to ask if they are aware that there's a fawn "trapped" in their yard. one woman went so far as to drive up, get out of her car, open a gate, then drive away. they had to resort to "no trespassing" signs!

Mountain Lion: they get about 6-8 feet long out here. One night around 9pm, one chased some small animal up onto our (one story) roof. The sound of it running around up there was very loud, but what was even worse was the fear it would accidentally pounce on one of our 14 skylights and fall through into the house! Thank goodness it didn’t!!!

I knew I had a photo of a zebra, but couldn't find it - so this covers both today and yesterday 😃

I hear ya, Nina! We have several fawns birn eac(nyeqr but fortunatel6 we are in the country on a private road. Several times we have found a fawn in the middle of the grass while mama foraged. The past couple of hears we have had triplet fawns survive, which may/may not be a good thing. One afternoon we counted 15 in our backyard.
