Windows for a 1920's Spanish style home in SoCali

Hi all ! I am researching windows for my new home. It is a spanish style home and I would like to go with some beautiful blue-green exterior and wood or white on the inside windows.

I have to dump a ton of money into this house as I have to do EVERYTHING. So I need to keep budget in mind. I just got a quote for Andersen E-series and it looks like just the windows and 3 french doors alone with be about $70k not including installation.

I know Andersen are great windows... But are there any other more budget friendly brands that will give me a nice look? Definitley need to do aluminum/wood clad or maybe fiberglass? I am in a very mild coastal climate... so they don't need to be triple pane or anything like that.

Any suggestions?

Thank you :)
